mysqlnd cannot connect to MySQL 4.1+ using the old insecure authentication

首先，我百度过 Google 过stackoverflow 过。
大概就是说旧密码是16位，新密码是41位。
我按照网上的教程操作了一下，现在的密码存储都是41位。也重启mysql 了。
但是还是提示mysqlnd cannot connect to MySQL 4.1+ using the old insecure authentication。
求助。。。
