pika 的 basic consumer 在 mq 中长时间没有消息的时候，怎么保活呢？

如题，pika 的 consumer，如果长时间没有接到消息的话，在 mq 的管理 web 页面上就看到 queue 的 consumer 数量是 0，应该就是被断开连接了，这种情况应该怎么能保活呢？
另外，我怎么才能在程序中主动结束 basic consumer 呢？ 我发现 connection.stop_consumer() 不管用，会报错的
