Mac OS X 用经常性就顿卡2秒左右 ，是怎么回事 ？严重影响体验 。

卡顿2S算好的了，我之前打开word之类的要将近5-10S，换了SSD后秒开。换SSD之前开机1分20S，换了SSD后开机15S内

换ssd之前看720P视频都会卡!换了之后好多了-_-#

换个固态硬盘吧

真想知道没ssd 之前 mac 是怎么用的 ，我真心想换机了。 tmd ，要么就是我电脑有问题 。

我的是2012的rmbp， ssd硬盘， 也会卡2秒， 无解。

你有没有装百度输入法？

找找已有的系统日志, 找找看. 系统日志找不到就自己写脚本来把系统运行的进程们记录下来, 一个一个找, 看具体是什么情况.

我已经接受这个事实了， 事实上， 可能是和切换显卡有关系（只是自己感觉）， 因为touchpad无反应了。 也不想解决， 本来用mac就不想把时间浪费在电脑本身上。 现在出现2妙卡顿， 还能接受， 正好出现这个问题提醒自己站起来活动活动。

另外，必须换ssd

我的机器mac mini 2012late 使用usb3.0设备会让机器变卡，不知道为啥，u盘和移动硬盘都是，只要是3.0设备接上鼠标就开始卡。

其实顿卡2s是好的 ，一般在 7s - 10s 了 ，还有就是，内存空余很多呢还。

看来 mac os x 系统本身就这样了吧， 传说中 贵的但不是最好的 。

去 Eclipse.app/Contents/MacOS/eclipse.ini
根据情况把-Xms -Xmx 之类的JVM之类的参数改大点，要不16G的内存就浪费了。

也有可能是遇上 ML 的一个 bug 了。重启进一下安全模式，再重启，看看有没有好转。

内存不兼容 有人这么跟我说 汗

@janrone 修复后还是卡顿，那就考虑下换ssd吧还是，这是一个很好的建议。

@hzlzh 卸载了个软件貌似好了些 。。。MemoryFree 2这个鬼东西

有机会换个ssd 主要是比加内存麻烦的多 好多东西的装呢 ， 环境配置。
