我的问题和楼主是一模一样的。。为此我直接格盘重装了一次系统，在新装的系统上（没安装任何其他程序） word 一切正常，用搜狗也没问题。后面装了很多程序之后，就成这样了。我怀疑是某个程序的安装改变了某个系统级的设置。。。还在寻找中。。
