怪不得 disable 了隐藏 #omnibox-ui-hide-steady-state-url-scheme-and-subdomains 也没有变化，我还以为是 Mac 版的问题，结果是 enable 了 #upcoming-ui-features，只有 enable 这条才能用其他的关于 omnibox 的 features
